The Mommy 2 Be Clothing Store Return Policy

We only accept exchanges for a different size or store credit on regular retail priced items. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery date in order to exchange or receive credit. Returns are NOT accepted after 7 days of the delivery date. There is a 5% restocking fee for ALL returns. No items will be accepted without a return authorization number. To obtain a return authorization number please email us at info@themommy2beclothingstore. The return authorization number must be written on the outside of the return package and on the return invoice you will receive via email in response to your request. Returned items must be shipped back with a tracking number that you will email to us at info@themommy2beclothingstore. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and customer is responsible to pay shipping on returned items.
